Located in the Battenkill Valley of Washington County NY.
A tourism destination surrounded by agriculture, art and antiques.
At Battenkill Valley Farms we are creating an Agri-Tourism destination.
Our plans include a weekly, 2 day (Saturday and Sunday) Farmers’, Antique & Craft Market, including craft beverages and food vendors.
The market would run from late April until December, with booth spaces available outside, with indoor spaces during inclement weather. Electricity would be included and water will be available for a nominal fee.
We are planning on beginning with 80-100 vendors per weekend, drawing shoppers from the Capital Region, NYC, Boston and Montreal. The Market will be highly publicized in print and digital media, with a planned advertising budget of $60K the first year.
We are working on a Restore NY Grant with the Town of Jackson to create an Agri-tourism destination in Washington County to include a farmers’ market, craft fair and craft beverage tasting rooms. Build out would start in the Fall of 2018 with a late April 2019 Opening. Please contact us with any questions. firstname.lastname@example.org or 518-321-4033
